What currency are your products sold in?

The prices of Olas audio products are quoted in US dollars (USD).

Is shipping included in the cost of the product?

No, shipping is calculated when you review your order in the shopping cart and is added to the total of your purchase. This will vary depending on the amount of products or parts included in such purchase.

Do you ship worldwide?

No, at the moment we only ship internationally to the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Brazil.

How long does it take you to dispatch my order?

The time it takes us to put your parcel in the courier can take from 1 to 3 days, depending on the day and time you made your purchase. In Mexico, FEDEX and DHL operate from Monday to Friday except on holidays. Do not worry, in Mexico we do not have many official holidays during the year, so there should not be much delay in the shipment of your package.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

We recommend you to attentively examine the investment you are about to make, since at the moment we do not make refunds or cancel orders.

What to do if the PCBs you received are found to be damaged in some way?

Our PCBs are factory tested against manufacturing defects. In case you receive a product in poor condition, please contact us explaining the situation and we will gladly review your request. This process requires the return of cards in poor condition in order to send you a new set.

How often do you run sales?

Our products are at a very good price already, so discounting their price even more would cease to be profitable for us, so no, we do not have discounts or offers of any kind.

Do you sell electronic components together with your PCBs?

Not at the moment. The purchase is made only for the printed circuit boards (PCBs). A list of components/materials as well as instructions for assembly are sent you via email once the purchase is made.
