What currency are your products sold in?
All prices on Olas Audio are displayed in both Mexican Pesos (MXN) and US Dollars (USD). However, the primary currency of the store is MXN. Please note that the USD prices are approximate estimates based on current exchange rates and may vary depending on the actual rate at the time of payment. Additionally, your bank or payment provider may charge extra currency conversion fees according to their policies.
Is shipping included in the price of the product?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your total. The final shipping fee depends on the size and number of items in your order, as well as your location.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. You’ll be able to view available shipping options at checkout. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your local government. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
We currently do not ship to a few countries due to legal, logistical, or intellectual property restrictions. These include, but are not limited to: Russia, Turkey, and some regions in Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe. We appreciate your understanding and are always evaluating new regions for future availability.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days, depending on when your purchase is made. Our shipping partners in Mexico—FedEx and DHL—operate Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays.
Public holidays in Mexico are relatively few, so delays due to holidays are uncommon. We’ll notify you as soon as your order ships and send a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Can I cancel my order?
At this time, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they’ve been placed. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Our PCBs are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure they are free from manufacturing defects and arrive in optimal condition. However, due to the technical and specialized nature of our products, we do not offer a warranty on functionality or compatibility.
The performance of your final project depends on factors beyond our control, such as assembly, soldering, and the additional components you choose.
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Warranty and Returns Policy for information on how to report the issue.
What should I do if the PCBs I received are damaged?
At Olas Audio, we take pride in the quality of our PCBs, which are carefully tested before shipping. However, if your order arrives with visible damage, please follow these steps:
1. Report the Issue Promptly
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include the following in your report:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the damage
- Clear photos and/or a video showing the damaged PCB(s) and the packaging

2. Claim Review
Once we review your claim and the evidence provided, we will determine the best resolution. Olas Audio reserves the right to offer a full or partial refund to your original payment method. If you choose to reorder after a refund, you may place a new order through our website.
3. Disposal or Return If a return, disposal, or destruction of the product is required, we will provide clear instructions on how to proceed.
How often do you run sales?
We don’t run frequent sales because we believe our products are fairly priced year-round to offer you great value without waiting for discounts.
That said, we’re always working to provide high-quality products at competitive prices, and we truly appreciate your support and understanding.

Do you sell electronic components together with your PCBs?
Not at this time—we currently sell only printed circuit boards (PCBs). However, after your purchase, we’ll email you a detailed list of the components you’ll need along with assembly instructions to help you complete your project.
