3. Products Offered
Olas Audio sells printed circuit boards (PCBs) designed for DIY professional audio projects. Each product comes with a detailed description and is guaranteed to be authentic and original. Each PCB is carefully manufactured and inspected to meet high-quality standards. In the unlikely event that a customer receives a damaged product, please refer to the Warranty and Returns document available on this website. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices on Olas Audio are displayed in both Mexican Pesos (MXN) and United States Dollars (USD).
However, the primary and legally binding currency of this store is the Mexican Peso (MXN). Prices shown in USD are provided for reference only, based on the current exchange rate supplied by Exchange Rate API, and may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate applied by the customer’s bank or payment provider at the time of purchase.

At Olas Audio, we accept the following payment methods through our secure payment gateway, Stripe:

Credit and Debit Cards:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards.
All payments are processed in Mexican Pesos (MXN). Customers with cards issued outside of Mexico may make purchases on the website; in such cases, the charge will be made in MXN, and the issuing bank will apply the corresponding conversion to the customer’s local currency. Olas Audio is not responsible for any additional fees or charges that the issuing bank or card provider may apply for currency conversion or international transactions.

Digital Wallets:
Payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe are accepted, subject to the availability of these services in the customer’s region.

Alternative Payments (available in Mexico only):
Payments via OXXO Pay are accepted and are limited to transactions within Mexican territory and in MXN currency.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, in compliance with international PCI DSS payment security standards. Olas Audio does not store sensitive payment information from customers.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All payments are processed exclusively through secure platforms.

5. Shipping
Shipments are made using courier services such as DHL Express and FedEx, with national and international coverage.
The estimated delivery time and shipping rates are displayed during the checkout process and may vary depending on the destination and the selected carrier.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered received by the customer.

Olas Audio is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping service. In the event of such issues, Olas Audio will assist in filing a claim with DHL, FedEx, or any other shipping company used. Customer cooperation is required to provide the necessary documentation, such as photos or videos showing the damage.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your local government. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

6. Returns and Cancellations
Olas Audio does not accept returns or cancellations once the purchase is confirmed, except if the product arrives damaged.

In case of damage during shipping, the customer must:
• Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photographic and/or video evidence of the damage to the product and packaging.
• Proceed with product destruction as instructed by email.

Once the claim is validated, Olas Audio reserves the right to offer a partial or full refund to the original payment method. In case of refund, if the customer wishes to obtain the product again, they must place a new order through the website.

It is important to note that responsibility for damage during shipping lies with the courier company, and Olas Audio will assist the customer with any related claim.

Refunds and Currency
All refunds, when applicable, are processed in Mexican Pesos (MXN), which is the store’s primary and legal currency.
If you made your payment in a different currency (for example, in USD), the refunded amount may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider. Olas Audio is not responsible for differences in refunded amounts caused by these third-party factors.

7. Warranty
All products are carefully inspected prior to shipment.
Due to the technical nature of these items, no warranties are provided regarding their functionality or compatibility, as their final performance may be influenced by external factors such as component quality and assembly.
