Warranty and Returns

At Olas Audio, we are committed to delivering quality products that meet the specifications offered. Below, we explain our policies regarding warranties and returns:
1. Product Warranty
Due to the technical and specialized nature of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for professional audio and DIY projects, we do not offer any warranty on functionality or compatibility. Our products are inspected before shipping to ensure they arrive in optimal condition, but successful use depends on multiple external factors, such as assembly and additional components.
2. Returns
Olas Audio does not accept returns or cancellations once the purchase has been confirmed, except in cases where the product arrives damaged during shipping.
3. Procedure in Case of Damaged Product
If your order arrives with visible damage, you must:
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographic and/or video evidence clearly showing damage to the product and packaging.
- Send an email to support@olasaudio.com with the evidence and damage report.
- Follow the instructions provided for the disposal or destruction of the product.
4. Refunds and Replacements
Once the claim has been validated, Olas Audio reserves the right to offer a partial or full refund to the original payment method. In case of a refund, if the customer wishes to obtain the product again, they must place a new order through the website.
Refunds and Currency
All refunds, when applicable, are processed in Mexican Pesos (MXN), which is the store’s primary and legal currency.
If your payment was made in a different currency (for example, in USD), the refunded amount may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider. Olas Audio is not responsible for any differences in refunded amounts caused by these external factors.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped via courier services such as DHL Express and FedEx, with national and international coverage. The estimated delivery time and shipping rates are displayed during the checkout process and may vary depending on the destination and the selected carrier.
Once the package has been handed over to the courier, Olas Audio is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping company.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered received by the customer.
In the event that a product is damaged during transit, responsibility lies with the courier company (DHL, FedEx, or any other service used). To process a claim, Olas Audio will require the customer to provide photographic and/or video evidence clearly showing the damage to the product and packaging. Based on this evidence, Olas Audio will submit the claim directly to the shipping company for resolution.
The customer agrees to cooperate by providing the requested evidence and any additional information required to process the claim.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your local government. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
